How is illness related to emotions you might ask? Well every illness is connected to an emotion, mostly fear and anger.
Did you know? Positive emotions have been shown to cause the cells to actually vibrate at a higher frequency and negative emotions vibrate at a lower frequency. Emotions (energies) that are not processed or released from the body are stored in your body's cells. Emotional issues that are unresolved, block the healing vibration and then the disease starts to set in or possibly return. Remember it is not so much the event, but the energies/emotions that we attach to the event that creates problems in our health. Where we store these emotions give us a key on the root cause. I have been reading a number of wonderful books lately and all say the same things... E-motion - "Energy in motion" We process emotions in a few different ways, we cry to release or verbalize how we are feeling, we process the emotion through our diaphragm and release it through out intestines or we hold it in our liver and it decides where to store it in the body. All disease relates back to emotions! Most people hold it in, which I believe is why we are seeing so much disease. Spirit gives us lots of messages throughout the day and night time. if we don't see or hear those messages, it sends us stronger messages we will notice including accidents, a broken bone, a cold, thyroid issues, cancer etc. If you look at the individual experience of what happened and when, by the way there are no accidents, you can find the message. Look at the part of the body that is being affected and that will start to give you keys to the message. I thought I would share a few examples from Julia Cannon's book of what some illness/accidents could be related to: Anemia: Not recognizing ones self values; a feeling of weakness Ankle Problems: Not being flexible in moving in moving in a new direction Arm Problems: Issues with accepting and embracing love and affection Arteriosclerosis: The joy is missing in your life. Becoming hardened to life. Arteries: The flow of life. Joy Arthritis: Being inflexible in movement and attitudes towards new direction in life. In hands: trying to hold onto something or someone Asthma: Feeling constricted in life; not able to move freely; can also be from past-life death Back Problems: Carrying a heavy load and not feeling supported Upper shoulders/neck area: Carrying other people's problems, feeling like you have the whole world on your shoulders Balance, Loss of: Indecisive; not sure of next move Bedwetting: Not feeling secure in release of emotions Bladder Problems: Issues with releasing something (Fear of keeping it or of letting it go) Blood Pressure: Lack of trust in the world around you Body Odor: Self dislike, attempting to repel other's attention Breast Problems: Issues/anger with nurturing; not being nurtured or not able to nurture. Bronchitis: Shutting down of the life force. Constriction of desires. Cancer: Sever hate and/or resentment/anger toward another individual, but not expressing it openly; anger turned inward. Cataracts: Not wanting to see what's ahead; fear of the future Constipation: What are you holding on to? Digestive disorders: What's going on that you are not able to "stomach"? Elbow: The joint that allows the arms to embrace love and affection Falling accident: Feeling insecure; not have "a leg to stand on" Feet/ Leg or Hip Problems: Resistance to moving in new directions or holding bak on what they should be doing Hearing disorder: Inability or refusal to listen or accept what is heard. Not wanting to hear something Infection: Anger at self. The location of the infection will give insight as to what the anger is about Inflammation: Angry thoughts at self or something. The location will give insight. Laryngitis: Inability or fear to speak up Multiple Sclerosis: Anger in communications; not receiving your messages Neck Problems: Rigidity or lack of flexibility in seeing things from a different viewpoint or perspective Overweight: Protecting yourself from being hurt; may have starved in past-life Pancreas Problems (Diabetes): A lack of sweetness or joy in your life. Paralysis: Fear of indecisiveness with your course of action. The location will give you more insight Parkinson's Disease: Trying to control the people and the situation around you. Pneumonia: Tired of life and living; loss of joy in your life Thyroid Problems: Fear of what you have to say is not important. Not speaking your truth or holding back. Fear of speaking out. Urinary Infections: you need to release a toxic situation from your life Warts: Feeling ugly; feeling of self hate These are a few to give you some guidance to when or if something happens to you to really look at the situation and dig deep to see what is going on in your life. I have read that anything happening to the right side of your body is a present situation, anything on the left side is a past-life situation. Spirit is trying to communicate with you, guide you, be open and listen! The modalities I work with are focused on the holistic body, the whole body, not just the symptom. We get to the root cause and remove it. Through SRT we are able to help the client (consciously and sub-consciously) to become aware of the emotional energy and negative beliefs, perceptions and judgments they live with every day so that we are able clear them.
