Wouldn’t it be great to just pop a pill to allow your brain to function at 100%? Like the movie and now TV show limitless. But what if you could do it without popping a pill.
The frequency of the brain changes regularly (with its ups and downs). It has many, many cells, each containing memories and emotions. It remembers everything!! It records everything we see, do and hear from the time we are conceived to the time we die. How amazing is it that we have access to all that information and more at any time. By changing the frequency (like limitless), we are able to recall anything and everything. It allows us to access and use our brains to the fullest potential. Imagine what we can do! No more repeating lessons, because we actually learn what we were meant to learn the first time we go through it. How do we change the frequency? It is really quite simple: 1. Positive thoughts – remove the fear and live in the present!! 2. Visualization – raising the frequency of the cells makes then vibrate at a higher frequency, like waking up the cells 3. Awareness – practice being aware of your surroundings. Be aware of what you see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. The more awareness that is used, allows you to stay in the moment Now visualize your whole brain and feel or see the cells vibrating. As vibrating cells would create heat, see/feel if there are any cold spots. Once you locate those, place your hand over that area of your head and heat up the cells until they too are vibrating with the others. The cold spots can sometimes be linked to learning disabilities and Alzheimer’s.

All these years have passed and I was still looking for love...self love that is. I thought I loved myself, I like the way I look and dress, but sometimes when I looked in the mirror I would think, I need to lose weight, I don't like my legs, my breasts, my hair, etc. I also always put everyone else first. Where is the love??
So how do you love yourself? Give yourself pedicures/manicures? That would be nice and relaxing and wonderful to treat yourself, but is that love? Is it taking the time to spend by yourself? Is it as easy as doing affirmations each day? I love myself, I love myself, I love myself. For me, nothing seemed to be working. I realize that you need to love yourself before you can love anyone else. Unconditional love...have I ever felt that? Yes, of course, do I feel it for myself? I didn't, but now I do! I do affirmations each day and that helps to change my attitude towards the day and myself, along with heart meditations. I love spending time alone by myself, which is very hard for my husband to understand, who is very social. I began to meditate, which was challenging removing the ego and all the clutter, but eventually being able to move into the heart centre, is such a wonderful place. I removed a number of programs (all connected to lack of self-love), which was very releasing and freeing using Spiritual Response Therapy, which helps to remove energies and programs from past lives and this life. Speaking of unconditional love, we all come from Source/God/Divine, from the place of unconditional love, and we all work our way through our time on Earth, learning all the different aspects of love, so that we are able to return home to feel that unconditional love again. So don't look too hard for love, rather feel love, experience love, whether it is loving yourself or others. Be in love, give with love, receive with love, be grateful for the experiences here on Earth. They are the lessons that will lead us home. How is illness related to emotions you might ask? Well every illness is connected to an emotion, mostly fear and anger.
Did you know? Positive emotions have been shown to cause the cells to actually vibrate at a higher frequency and negative emotions vibrate at a lower frequency. Emotions (energies) that are not processed or released from the body are stored in your body's cells. Emotional issues that are unresolved, block the healing vibration and then the disease starts to set in or possibly return. Remember it is not so much the event, but the energies/emotions that we attach to the event that creates problems in our health. Where we store these emotions give us a key on the root cause. I have been reading a number of wonderful books lately and all say the same things... E-motion - "Energy in motion" We process emotions in a few different ways, we cry to release or verbalize how we are feeling, we process the emotion through our diaphragm and release it through out intestines or we hold it in our liver and it decides where to store it in the body. All disease relates back to emotions! Most people hold it in, which I believe is why we are seeing so much disease. Spirit gives us lots of messages throughout the day and night time. if we don't see or hear those messages, it sends us stronger messages we will notice including accidents, a broken bone, a cold, thyroid issues, cancer etc. If you look at the individual experience of what happened and when, by the way there are no accidents, you can find the message. Look at the part of the body that is being affected and that will start to give you keys to the message. I thought I would share a few examples from Julia Cannon's book of what some illness/accidents could be related to: Anemia: Not recognizing ones self values; a feeling of weakness Ankle Problems: Not being flexible in moving in moving in a new direction Arm Problems: Issues with accepting and embracing love and affection Arteriosclerosis: The joy is missing in your life. Becoming hardened to life. Arteries: The flow of life. Joy Arthritis: Being inflexible in movement and attitudes towards new direction in life. In hands: trying to hold onto something or someone Asthma: Feeling constricted in life; not able to move freely; can also be from past-life death Back Problems: Carrying a heavy load and not feeling supported Upper shoulders/neck area: Carrying other people's problems, feeling like you have the whole world on your shoulders Balance, Loss of: Indecisive; not sure of next move Bedwetting: Not feeling secure in release of emotions Bladder Problems: Issues with releasing something (Fear of keeping it or of letting it go) Blood Pressure: Lack of trust in the world around you Body Odor: Self dislike, attempting to repel other's attention Breast Problems: Issues/anger with nurturing; not being nurtured or not able to nurture. Bronchitis: Shutting down of the life force. Constriction of desires. Cancer: Sever hate and/or resentment/anger toward another individual, but not expressing it openly; anger turned inward. Cataracts: Not wanting to see what's ahead; fear of the future Constipation: What are you holding on to? Digestive disorders: What's going on that you are not able to "stomach"? Elbow: The joint that allows the arms to embrace love and affection Falling accident: Feeling insecure; not have "a leg to stand on" Feet/ Leg or Hip Problems: Resistance to moving in new directions or holding bak on what they should be doing Hearing disorder: Inability or refusal to listen or accept what is heard. Not wanting to hear something Infection: Anger at self. The location of the infection will give insight as to what the anger is about Inflammation: Angry thoughts at self or something. The location will give insight. Laryngitis: Inability or fear to speak up Multiple Sclerosis: Anger in communications; not receiving your messages Neck Problems: Rigidity or lack of flexibility in seeing things from a different viewpoint or perspective Overweight: Protecting yourself from being hurt; may have starved in past-life Pancreas Problems (Diabetes): A lack of sweetness or joy in your life. Paralysis: Fear of indecisiveness with your course of action. The location will give you more insight Parkinson's Disease: Trying to control the people and the situation around you. Pneumonia: Tired of life and living; loss of joy in your life Thyroid Problems: Fear of what you have to say is not important. Not speaking your truth or holding back. Fear of speaking out. Urinary Infections: you need to release a toxic situation from your life Warts: Feeling ugly; feeling of self hate These are a few to give you some guidance to when or if something happens to you to really look at the situation and dig deep to see what is going on in your life. I have read that anything happening to the right side of your body is a present situation, anything on the left side is a past-life situation. Spirit is trying to communicate with you, guide you, be open and listen! The modalities I work with are focused on the holistic body, the whole body, not just the symptom. We get to the root cause and remove it. Through SRT we are able to help the client (consciously and sub-consciously) to become aware of the emotional energy and negative beliefs, perceptions and judgments they live with every day so that we are able clear them. Well I passed my Body Talk exam in the spring and am a Certified Body Talk Practitioner!! I also did a Spiritual Restructuring Class and wow! It was amazing and am incorporating that into my energy treatments. Each treatment, is astounding and I am loving it. I have also added 3 levels of frequencies into my treatments and they seem to be even more powerful and people are seeing the results.
My work will continue with the energies and learning more in regards to the frequencies, so that I can share my knowledge with others. 2012 has been an extraordinary year for me on my journey and feel extremely blessed to be here on this earth at this time, to bring these modalities and energy to others. Love and light, Jodi Well it is the start of 2012, my journey begins. I have graduated from Dr. Richard Jelusich in October 2011 after 2 years of study on energy and working with Chakras, tube attachments, working with the shushumna, etc. The course was fantastic and the group of people all amazing healers. I loved the Body Talk courses with Amanda and Sylvia and every day I am astounded how quickly you see results. I am still "practicing" Body Talk, and am offering sessions by donation only, so that I can complete my 50 study cases,to be able to write my exam by the end of March 2012. If you are interested, please give me a call.
My journey really began back in 1995, when I began to look for something else in my life. I wanted to be able to work from home while the kids were young, so I studied and became certified/registered in Reflexology and Aromatherapy. I have always been fairly healthy, in 1997 after a stressful move to Calgary, symptoms started to show, vitaligo was the first. In 2005, I found out that I had the early stages of Primary Biliary Cirhosis, which my mother also had. After a number of sessions with some very talented healers, my blood tests seemed normal again (and still are to this day!!). In 2007, with the stresses of work and home, my hair began to fall out, with a few bald spots. As they were smaller than a toonie (which is large to me), we were able to inject them with a steroid to help stimulate the hair growth, which to my amazement worked!! As the hair started to grow back, my eyebrows started to disappear and by the 2009, they were completely gone. Bald spots started to form around my ears and the nape of my neck, moving up instead of patches. The doctors say it is due to stress as my bloodwork comes back normal (fairly normal...what is normal?). All this had put me back on my journey of healing. I began my two year course with Dr. Richard Jelusich, taking and receiving Body Talk, Energy Healing, and Reiki. I fell in love all over again with the holistic way of healing and found I have a natural gift with working with energy. I feel blessed to have learned the skills through various amazing teachers and would like to share those learnings with you through various healing techniques. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=whoPileThnk&feature=related
